These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the RealterCRM platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by MazzDigital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of RealterCRM immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use RealterCRM, you must:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
4. Subscription and Payments
RealterCRM operates on a subscription model.
By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed on our website.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Payment methods: Accepted via major credit/debit cards and approved gateways.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
- Taxes: Fees exclude applicable taxes, which may be added as required.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, provided we give advance notice before renewal.
5. Free Trial
New users may receive a 14-day free trial to explore RealterCRM.
At the end of the trial, your account will remain inactive unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the trial period.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or early terminations.
- If required by law, certain refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
7. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
- Upload or transmit harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense RealterCRM without written consent.
We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security threats.
8. Data Ownership and Protection
All data you upload (including leads, properties, clients, and files) remains your property.
You grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to operate and improve the Services.
We protect your information per our Privacy Policy using encryption, secure servers, and restricted access controls.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, text, graphics, and other content in RealterCRM are owned by MazzDigital LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of RealterCRM without written consent.
10. Integrations and Third-Party Services
RealterCRM may integrate with external platforms such as listing portals, email providers, or payment gateways.
We are not responsible for data handling, uptime, or changes made by these third-party providers.
Your use of integrated services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee that RealterCRM will always be available or error-free.
Maintenance, updates, or outages may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide notice of scheduled downtime whenever possible.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
RealterCRM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, secure, or error-free operation;
- That all features will meet your expectations; or
- That data will always be retrievable after account termination.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MazzDigital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RealterCRM.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MazzDigital LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the platform; or
- Violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RealterCRM at any time if:
- You violate these Terms;
- Your subscription payment fails; or
- Required by law or security necessity.
Upon termination, your access ceases immediately, and any remaining data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may modify or update these Terms occasionally to reflect business or legal changes.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of RealterCRM after changes constitutes acceptance.
