5. How does the marketing module work?
The marketing module lets you create and send email and WhatsApp campaigns directly from the platform. You can use templates, segment audiences, and track performance — no need for third-party marketing tools.
6. What’s the difference between CRM and Marketing modules?
The CRM module focuses on managing leads, agents, clients, and bookings. The Marketing module helps you reach and nurture leads with automated campaigns. Together, they create a complete ecosystem for real estate management and marketing.
7. How many agents or admins can I add?
Each plan includes a set number of users:
- Starter: 1 admin, up to 3 agents
- Professional: 3 admins, up to 10 agents
- Enterprise: Unlimited agents and admins
You can also purchase additional user seats anytime.
8. Is there a free trial?
Yes, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all core CRM features — no credit card required.
9. What happens after the trial ends?
When your trial ends, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan without losing your data. If you decide not to upgrade, your account will remain inactive until you subscribe.
10. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. RealterCRM is a subscription-based service with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your plan anytime.
11. Do you offer yearly plans or discounts?
Yes. We offer both monthly and yearly billing options. Yearly plans come with discounted pricing compared to monthly payments.
12. How do I get support?
You can reach our support team through email, live chat, or WhatsApp. For technical assistance, you can also submit a support request directly through your RealterCRM account.
13. Can you help me import my existing data?
Absolutely. We provide import tools and documentation to help you move leads, clients, and properties from spreadsheets or other CRMs into RealterCRM easily.
